Please Be Advised

  1. PAYMENTS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payment can be made by wire transfer, electronic bank draft, credit card, or online on our website. You may substitute attendees at any time prior to the start of the conference with no penalty. You may cancel by September 8, 2023, and receive a refund, minus a 20% administration fee.  After the deadline, we issue no refund, but a rollover credit in the amount paid to attend another conference.

  2. PPS reserves the right to use photographs/video taken of you at the show for marketing purposes. You can revoke this right when you register

  3. ATTENTION: Exhibitors and Sponsors at #PPSATL23 may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and PPS will no longer be in control of how your information is used.   4. Attendee expressly assumes, and releases PPS and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation or presence at #PPSATL23, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including virus or illness from any communicable disease) or injury to or related to Attendee and his or her property.
