Lydia Di Liello’s interview offers such valuable insights into leadership and the challenges that come with steering a company. It’s clear how important strategic thinking and adaptability are in today’s competitive business landscape. As I think about growth in my own career, I realize that staying sharp and continually testing my knowledge is key. One fun way I’ve found to do that is by tackling frontend trivia questions. They not only keep me engaged with the latest trends but also help me stay current in my field. It’s an enjoyable way to grow, just as Lydia’s approach highlights growth in leadership.
