PAYMENTS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: Payment can be made by wire transfer, electronic bank draft, credit card, or online on our website. You may substitute attendees at any time prior to the start of the conference with no penalty. You may cancel by 27 October 2023, and receive a refund, minus a 20% administration fee. After the deadline, we issue no refund, but a rollover credit in the amount paid to attend another conference.

Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and PPS will no longer be in control of how your information is used.
