When you register for our conference, your fee includes a comprehensive package designed to maximize your value and engagement. As always, PPS Members receive up to $300 off their registration.
Here’s what you get (depending on your registration option):
1. **Full Access to All Sessions:** Attend keynotes, workshops, and breakout sessions led by industry experts and thought leaders.
2. **Networking Opportunities:** Connect with peers, industry professionals, and potential business partners during networking events, social gatherings, and dedicated networking breaks.
3. **Conference Materials:** Receive all the essential materials, including a detailed agenda, speaker bios, presentation slides, and event guides to help you navigate the conference.
4. **Meals and Refreshments:** Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks throughout the event, ensuring you stay energized and focused.
5. **Exhibit Hall Admission:** Explore the exhibit hall and meet with leading companies showcasing the latest products, services, and technologies in the pricing industry.
6. **Mobile App:** Can’t make it to every session? Don’t worry! Your registration includes access to the mobile app where you will have all keynote and breakout session materials. This will allow you to catch up and revisit key presentations at your convenience.
7. **Credits:** Workshops may count as electives for both programs.

We hold conferences three times a year, rotating across global locations—North America, Europe, and Asia.
Up to 3 weeks before the conference starts you can cancel and receive a refund, minus a 20% administration fee. After that time you will receive a rollover credit good for 1 calendar year.
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another individual if you are unable to attend a Pricing Society event. To do so, please contact our customer support team.
Provide the details of the new attendee, including their full name, email address, and any necessary contact information. This allows us to make the necessary updates and ensure a seamless experience for the new participant.
We understand the importance of having access to valuable resources even after our events. Conference materials and recordings (when recorded) will be made available to all registered attendees. This includes session presentations (excluding workshops), speaker notes, and full video recordings of each session (when recorded).
Our goal is to ensure that you can revisit the insightful content at any time, helping you to fully leverage the knowledge and strategies discussed. Keep an eye on your email for details on how to access these materials shortly after the event concludes.
