Chris Goodin, Principal, Deloitte
Chris is the founder of the Retail Pricing & Profitability Management Practice. Chris has 18 years of experience in the field of price management, in both the retail and consumer goods sectors. Over that career, his work has spanned leading large scale, multi-year pricing transformation projects to highly strategic pricing initiatives to improving market share, customer loyalty and price perception.
Prior to his consulting tenure, Chris held several leadership roles in the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries involving price management, marketing ROI, and customer loyalty.
Kim Frazier, Senior Manager, Deloitte
Kim is a leader within Deloitte’s Retail Pricing & Profitability Management practice, bringing with her more than 13 years of client experience in Retail and Consumer Goods. Over the course of her career, Kim primarily focused on helping clients in the grocery, consumer electronics, mass merchant, and home improvement sectors improve their pricing capabilities. Kim has led several successful transformational pricing programs centered on price strategy, price optimization, zone pricing, organizational design, and pricing process design. She has also worked closely with industry-leading price optimization software companies. Kim and her teams have delivered over a quarter of a billion dollars in pricing performance benefit to clients.
Julian Ryu, Retail Pricing Leader, Deloitte
Julian is a leader within Deloitte’s Retail Pricing and Profitability Management Practice, bringing over 11 years of both industry and consulting experience.
Julian’s industry and ensuing consulting career includes work for the mass merchant, consumer electronics, apparel, fashion accessories, drug store, and food service sectors.
Julian has led several large scale pricing projects in areas including pricing strategy, process design, channel analysis, international expansion, merchandising transformation, and price optimization. Julian has also presented and written on a wide-range of retail topics such as social media, advanced analytics, performance management, and growth strategy. |
