Brent Buresh Prime Theraputics Brent Buresh, CPP, is the Director of Pricing, Planning, & Analysis with Prime Therapeutics. Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit management firm (PBM), is a thought leader in the development of collaborative and workable strategies that help our clients and members effectively and efficiently manage pharmacy benefits.
Prior to joining Prime, he worked in the defined benefits actuarial group at Deloitte. Brent holds bachelors degrees in both Mathematics and Statistics from Winona State University in Winona, MN. He resides in Mounds View, MN with his wife and four daughters and enjoys golfing, hunting, and singing in barbershop harmony.
Brent has been a member of the Professional Pricing Society since 2005 and achieved designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Robert Channer Siemens Canada, Ltd. For the past three years, Robert Channer, CPP, has been the pricing analyst and marketing specialist for the Automation & Drives division of Siemens Canada Ltd. based out of Burlington, Ontario. Prior to Siemens Canada Ltd., Rob spent 10 years in the industrial fastener industry with H.Paulin and Curtis Industries as Industrial Marketing Manager and purchasing / inventory control positions. He has also been a Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition & Wellness Specialist for the last six years. Rob achieved designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Heather Cranney Regal Wine Co/Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates Heather Cranney, CPP, is the Pricing Manager for the Regal Wine Company, part of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates. Regal is the California distributor of the Kendall-Jackson family owned wine brands, along with a large portfolio of third party wine partners and their internationally acclaimed wines.
Heather has been with Regal since 2002, starting on their Order Desk and then in 2004 moving over to a newly created Pricing Coordinator position. She is responsible for setting and communicating the pricing for over 2,500 sku’s. Heather was promoted to Pricing Manager in 2007 and continues to learn and grow her pricing skills and knowledge. Heather has been involved in the Professional Pricing Society since 2006. She achieved designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

James Crawford United States Postal ServiceJames Crawford, CPP, began working for the US Postal Service in 1979. Since 1999 he has been working closely with Costing, Pricing, Product Development, Mailing Standards, Legal, Sales, Technology, and Operations to develop customized products and pricing for international commercial shippers in the United States. His prior duties in the Postal Service include Product Manager for Priority Mail International and International Postal Money Orders. Jim also managed the USPS relationship with the former trust territories in the Pacific, Palau, Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.
Prior to joining the Postal Service, Jim worked in Senegal, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria. He graduated with a BA in Sociology from the University of Dayton and earned his Masters in International Administration from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. Jim achieved designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Brian Donaldson Johnson & Johnson Brian Donaldson, CPP, is a Worldwide Marketing Director for ETHICON, one of the Johnson & Johnson companies, focusing on Strategic Pricing and Business Analytics. During his eight-year tenure with J&J, Brian has supported several organizations, including Demand Forecasting, Market Research, and Global Marketing. His current area of focus is on the implementation and management of the ongoing global strategic pricing initiatives, including installation and monitoring of price metrics, governance, and pricing training for the company’s multi-billion dollar product portfolio.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Brian served as an officer in the US Navy on two ships, making multiple deployments to the western Pacific and Middle East, as well as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of Rochester. Brian graduated with a B.A. from Northwestern University with a double major in Mathematics and Political Science, received his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon School of Graduate Business Administration, and has completed additional studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the US Naval War College. He achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation from the Professional Pricing Society Spring of 2008. |

Shelley Fow McKee Foods CorporationShelley Fow, CPP, Marketing Pricing Specialist for McKee Foods, has been with the company for close to ten years. Prior to her current position, Shelley held positions, within McKee, as Product Manager and Marketing Services Coordinator. Shelley was previously a Product Manager with Scripto-Tokai in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and the Channel Marketing Manager for Clarity, a division of Plantronics, in Chattanooga, TN.
Shelley has a BS in Organizational Management from Covenant College and is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing from Southern Adventist University.
Shelley, along with her husband Danny, have three boys and reside in Ringgold, GA.

David Henry Wencor Group David Henry, CPP, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Finance, from Brigham Young University Idaho. He is a pricing analyst for the Wencor Group aero-technologies company, where he is a one man pricing department. David heads all of Wencor’s pricing initiatives including internal development of pricing tools and revenue optimization. Previously David worked as an inventory analyst and logistical planner.
David is very active and loves to participate in long distance running and biking events, snowboarding, rock climbing and community sports. David also enjoys woodworking, writing, reading and singing. He currently lives in Orem, UT with his wife and four children who are his pride and joy.

Kathy Houle Boone Plumbing & Heating Supply Kathy Houle, CPP, has worked for Boone Plumbing, Heating and Waterworks Supply Inc of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for 18 years and is currently Chief Pricing Analyst.
Boone is a division of Groupe Deschenes Inc. of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the largest privately owned Plumbing & Heating Company in Canada.
Her current responsibilities include margin management, improving pricing practices and developing tools to enhance our margin performance. Kathy works closely with the Sales Manager, the Customer Service Manager, Branch Managers and Department Managers to monitor daily pricing activity. With her team, she also implements a yearly “PRICING ACTION PLAN “ that focuses on important strategic objectives. She was previously involved in coding, pricing revision, order desk and system pricing.
Prior studies in psychology have proven to be an important asset when dealing with all levels of management and personnel. She achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Valerie Lewis Hitachi Data SystemsValerie Lewis, CPP, is the Senior Manager for Preferred Partner Pricing at Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) in Santa Clara, California. She has been with HDS for 3-1/2 years. In addition to her responsibilities surrounding Preferred Partner product releases and special pricing / promotion management, she is representing and training a user community of 11 different functional organizations in her role as Project Manager for a Pricing Analytics Application.
Prior to joining HDS, Valerie was with Octel/Lucent/Avaya for over 16 years in various operational and management positions within Services, Manufacturing, Order Fulfillment, Sales Engineering, and Marketing with a focus on Configuration and Pricing Tool Management. Valerie has been a member of the Professional Pricing Society for many years. She achieved designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Eric Nieukirk Caterpillar Inc. Eric R. Nieukirk, CPP, is a Pricing Manager within the Global Revenue Management Group at Caterpillar Inc.'s world headquarters in Peoria, Illinois. Since joining Caterpillar in 1996, Eric has served in a variety of roles in the pricing, accounting, and financial fields at numerous facilities throughout Illinois. He has performed and led business and financial analysis efforts on a large portion of Caterpillar's product line, including parts and components, wheel loaders, excavators, mining trucks, and mining equipment support agreements.
In his current position, Eric is responsible for leading projects related to the improvement and implementation of global pricing processes in the areas of training, systems and tools, tactics, and analysis.
He received his BS degree in Finance from Illinois State University in 1995, and completed the Management for the 21st Century Program at Bradley University in 2007. Eric and his wife Sarah have two daughters, Abigail and Hannah. He achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Gregory Piligian Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Inc.Gregory P. Piligian, CPP, is the Program Director for Business Management at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, a leading maker of hard disk drives located in San Jose, California. In his current position, Greg leads a team responsible for tactical and strategic pricing to Hitachi’s OEM customers worldwide; and also provides lead pricing direction to the team responsible for distribution channel pricing. Other key responsibilities include the development and attainment of the company’s operational revenue and profit plan forecasts; focusing on the price, volume and mix elements.
Greg brings over 30 years of experience to his current position. He began his career with over 12 years in sales and sales management; starting at Xerox, but primarily at IBM. Greg then spent the next 10 years in various marketing management positions at IBM, including market strategy, business development, distribution channel strategy & management, solutions marketing and systems sales operations. He has been working in hard disk drive industry since 1999 in various business management positions, starting with IBM, who sold the business to Hitachi in 2002. Responsibilities in these assignments included overall brand management, profit-and-loss business results, forecasting, pricing, supply allocation strategy, investment prioritization, product requirements and customer satisfaction/advocacy. He assumed his current position in November 2007.
Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance concentrations) from the University of California, Berkeley. He achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Pankaj Shah NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. Pankaj Shah, CPP, is currently the Manager of Strategic Pricing for NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. based out of Greenville, NC. He has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas. Under his leadership, NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. has increased its focus on pricing as a discipline and is currently implementing numerous improvements to pricing structure and processes to enable improved performance and increased profit margins. Since joining NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. in 2004, Pankaj has served as Manager of Aftermarket Program Development where he managed the implementation of several key million dollar Aftermarket programs.
Pankaj has a total of 17 years of experience. Prior to joining NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., Pankaj was the IT Manager for Systems Material Handling Co., KS where he managed the IT department for 7 years, a Senior Consultant for Empower Trainers and Consultants, KS for 2.5 years, Senior Programmer Analyst at Cerner Corporation, KS for 2.5 years and Senior Programmer Analyst for Wipro Systems Ltd., India for 1.5 years.

Miles Wills Corning Inc. Miles Wills, CPP, is a Texas native and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife Becky and his two children. His hobbies consist of family, sports, and church activities. He is a 1994 graduate of University of Texas with a BS in Industrial Engineering; 3rd generation engineer of his family. He received his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University in 1999. Miles began his career with Corning in 1992 in purchasing / warehouse (2 yrs) and after graduation moved to Manufacturing Engineering. After working in 3 production concentrations (2 yrs) he was promoted to product management (2 yrs).
He then moved to materials analysis and project management (2 yrs) where he facilitated the implementation of many projects, one of which was the forecasting system. Miles then managed the Forecasting and Reporting department (2 yrs). He added Functions and Systems to the department such as: Product/Pricing Configurator, 5 year Sales Planning, Complexity Reduction, Portal viewing, Data Maintenance Org. and Sales Budgeting (past 5 yrs - present). Miles is a T.C.U. Supply Chain Advisory Board member since 2006.
He has been a member of the Project Management Team for the Corning SAP implementation since the evaluation stage. He continues to lead the Corning Pricing System implementation project. He achieved certification as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008. |

Nina Yeh United States Postal Service Nina Yeh, CPP, is a Pricing Economist within the United States Postal Service's International Pricing division, where she designs rates for international products and services.
In her previous role as Economist in USPS Global Finance and Business Analysis and USPS Pricing she managed pricing for global business-to-business and post-to-post products, services and agreements in a highly regulated and political environment. Nina testified before the Postal Regulatory Commission (formerly Postal Rate Commission) as a pricing expert witness for Bound Printed Matter, Media Mail, Library Mail, Periodicals, and Premium Stamped Cards and Stationery.
Since 2003, she has led pricing efforts that impact multi-billion dollars of business. Her specialties include Business-to-Business Pricing, Business-to-Consumer Pricing, Regulatory Pricing, Pricing Research, Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining the Postal Service, Nina was a lecturer at the Long Island Business Institute and a Personal Shopper at the Warner Bros. Studio Flagship Store.
Nina has been involved with the Professional Pricing Society since 2004. She achieved the designation as a Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society Spring 2008.
In her spare time, Nina enjoys playing piano, studying languages and ice dancing. Nina is a gold medalist in the 2009 Edward G. Picken Pro-Am Ice Dancing Competition. In December 2010 and April 2011, Nina performed on the piano in benefit concerts to raise relief funds for Haiti and Japan, respectively. In August 2011, Nina co-founded a non-profit organization that conducts research and education in the Godowsky piano-playing methodology. |
