Scott Coleman Union Pacific Railroad Scott Coleman, CPP, is in the Sales and Marketing Intermodal group for Union Pacific Railroad and is responsible for championing the commercial interests of the domestic Intermodal EMP container fleet.
Prior to February 2008, Scott was a Pricing Manager for the Domestic Intermodal team and a Business Representative in the Market Development and Sales Center. Prior to joining Union Pacific, Scott spent more than six years with Peter Kiewit Sons’ Inc., a Fortune 500 construction company, where he held numerous positions in the finance and accounting departments.
Scott holds both an Accounting and a Business Administration degree from Graceland University and a MBA from Creighton University. Scott and his wife, Angie, have two children.

Nancy Concepcion Johns Manville Nancy Concepcion, CPP, has worked with Johns Manville for 14 years. Her final role at Johns Manville, which began in September of 2006, involved developing, configuring and implementing a global pricing analytics system, as well as implementing supporting process changes and improvements within the core businesses. This Specialist role also involved providing analytics and analysis training to the businesses in the US, Canada and Europe.
Prior to that role, she held the role of Pricing Manager over the building insulation division (a $700MM business) and managed over $150MM in incentive programs. In April 2008, she will begin a new role as Sr. Marketing Analyst at Rio Tinto Minerals.
Nancy has a BA in International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College, an MBA/MIM from the University of Denver in International Management and is pursuing an MS in Finance specializing in financial modeling from the University of Colorado.

Robert Gordon Microsoft Robert C. Gordon, CPP, is the Worldwide Pricing Manager for Microsoft’s Volume Licensing organization and has worked in pricing at Microsoft for over 6 years. During that time, he has worked in all aspects of pricing including Finance, Operations, IT/Systems, and Business policy and strategy. He is responsible for over 8 million active Volume Licensing prices which generate over half of Microsoft’s revenue worldwide.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Robert worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 11 years; 7 of which were spent in pricing related positions in Marketing and Finance. Robert graduated with a B.S. from Brigham Young University in Accounting and received an M.B.A. from BYU.

Jeff Hooker The Stanley Works Jeffrey J. Hooker, CPP, has experience as a pricing practitioner and leader in the manufacturing and financial services industries. In his current role as an internal consultant, he works with Stanley’s consumer and industrial tools businesses on a variety of pricing projects in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining The Stanley Works, Jeff worked at Prudential Financial in their Investments division as the head of new business pricing for institutional retirement plans, a group responsible for pricing over $5 billion in annual asset sales. He was also a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand and then PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on organizational transformation projects with businesses ranging from the Fortune 500 to high-tech start-ups.
Jeff graduated with a B.S. from Wake Forest University with a double major in Business and Economics, and received an M.B.A. from Yale University.
He achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation from the Professional Pricing Society Fall 2007.

Christopher Hopf Microsoft For more than 17 years, Chris Hopf, CPP, has worked as an owner, employee and as a consultant with small startups, mid-sized mergers and Fortune 50 Corporations such as Microsoft and United Technologies.
He has led significant and lasting improvements in areas such as sales, operations, pricing, project management, marketing, finance and training. His experience spans a number of industries including retail, high technology, publishing, software, general and specialty contractors, industrial suppliers and wholesale distribution.

Robert Pitzel Cavendish Farms Robert (Bob) Pitzel, CPP, is Vice President Pricing for Cavendish Farms and a Certified Pricing Professional. Cavendish Farms is one of the major frozen potato manufacturers in North America and is part of the privately held Irving Group of Companies, a multi-billion dollar organization with interests in forestry, consumer paper products, food processing, transportation, agricultural services, construction and building supplies.
Prior to this, he was involved in both pricing and sales functions in a publicly held company transportation company. Bob has instilled a culture of strategic margin management with the implementation of robust analysis tools and the creation of price models for new business growth. Besides his current role, he provides pricing leadership within the corporate business group in the area of consumer products, transportation and agricultural services.

Wilbur Reid SP Richards/Genuine Parts Company Wilbur Reid, CPP, is the Director of Strategic Pricing for SP Richards and a Certified Pricing Professional. SP Richards is a $1.8 billion office supply distributor and a division of Genuine Parts Company. Prior to joining the SPR team in April 2006, he spent 12 years with Kimberly-Clark Healthcare as Pricing Manager.
He is the inventor of a patent pending process that aggregates dealer/reseller point-of-sale data and provides pricing, margin, and sales analysis and recommendations.
Wilbur has worked with the top pricing software providers and instilled a scientific, data-driven approach to pricing and margin management. He was the recipient of the 2004 PPS Award of Excellence, and has been a speaker and moderator at PPS conferences and several other conferences. Education includes an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Sebastien Ruel L.V. Lomas Ltd.Sebastien Ruel, CPP, has been working with L.V. Lomas for the last 8 years, and has been overseeing pricing for the company for the last 4 years. L.V. Lomas has been committed to chemical and equipment distribution excellence in Canada since 1960. By working with the product managers, the sales force, and with the support of upper management, the pricing group has been working on improving pricing practices at the company and has achieved positive results over the last several years. Sebastien has been involved with the Professional Pricing Society since 2005 and achieved the Certified Pricing Professional designation Fall 2007.
